Halloween & Thanksgiving...

I posted this photo of Uly and Gar over on Momshots in their Halloween Costumes.  Uly was Indiana Jones and Gar was Wall-e.  We had a really fun time making their costumes and more importantly the boys loved them.  I think that Gar actually believed that he was Wall-e.  He has such a great imagination!

I didn't really get any good shots.  I was pretty disapointed.  All these shots that I thought were good turned out to be out of focus.  That's what I get for wearing my glasses while I use the camera, I guess!

Next thought...  Does anyone have any good ideas for Thanksgiving decoration craft ideas?  I would really like to make some decorations with the boys, other than just turkeys.  I'm sure we'll make a few of those, but any other ideas would be greatly appreciated!

Just wanted to pop in real quick and tell you how cute those costumes were. I love the collage of those pictures together. As for fun crafts, I wish I could help but I am in the same boat. I am going to do a little research and I will let you know if I find anything good.
Talk to you soon,
Gretch

You could do something with leaves- or collages/drawings/paintings of things you all are grateful for. Something with pictures maybe? (If I'm vague enough then anything you come up with prompted by those ideas will be my idea, right?) :)

We're focusing on the thankful part of Thanksgiving this year, because I think Z is a little too little to get the rest.

way cute costumes, I love the collage of photos! you could make those yarn pumkins with me that I showed you out of martha stewart mag. I just finished making a leaf garland that was really easy to do...one out of red and gold foiled leaves and another out of felt.
